The last reading of the bill took place on Thursday 24th February 2022 and the bill was presented (committee of whole) the bill was stepped aside by the Deputy Speaker Hon. Ahmed Wase. On grounds that the bill conflicts with the bill of some already established agencies such as the National Orientation Agency (NOA). Independent Corrupt Practices & Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC)
